Rochester Riverside DevelopmentThe North Kent Construction Skills Project was set up by a number of local and regional authorities, employment agencies and employers to tackle the skills gaps in the construction industry. The project acts as an agent of change, delivering a radical shift in the approach to training and employment. Through the involvement of a wide range of stakeholders, including Further Education Colleges and other training providers, as well as the construction industry itself, the project is promoting and improving the provision of skills training throughout the industry and throughout the region.
