Following on from the enormous success of Construction Expo 07, North Kent Construction Skills is delighted to announce that a bigger and brighter Construction Expo 08 will take place on Wednesday 24th September 08 at the Historic Dockyard Chatham Kent.

Developers, delivery boards, contractors, architects, surveyors, suppliers, planners and training providers from across Kent and Medway are invited to the biggest Construction event at the heart of regeneration in the South East.

Future visions and plans will be laid out through keynote speakers with seminars highlighting what’s happening, what’s to come and what actions are needed to sustain growth.

Construction Expo 07 was superb and for the first time brought together employers and training providers demonstrating both their skills and the new skills required to help deliver such an exciting development programme. North Kent Construction Skills director, Glenys Gilbert-Collins, said:

Last year we were told that Kent was too small for such an event but with over 1000 visitors and over 100 exhibitors I think we proved them wrong. This is a terrific showcase for companies wanting to be part of the most exciting investment and development area in the South East. We had to turn companies away last year so we’re making Construction 08 even bigger and brighter than 07.
